Extrude Head

Our patented extruder, we update the heating and cooling system.High quality thermistor and heat resisting Teflon material are applied inside the extruder, so you can control the heat temperature more accurately, and the filament can not clogging inside the extuder in proper operation.Outside the extruder is a high temperature resistance material with a no-distortion feature, the unique design helps the extrude head dissipate heat faster.The extrude head equipped with a 0.4 mm extrude nozzle, 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm nozzle available for optional configuration.

 

Monocrystal Glass 3D Printing Platform

We use monocrystal glass as printing platform of Fullscale XT.Monocrystal glass is a special glass with high heat resistance and high impact strength, specifically, it has a one-way thermal conductivity feature. So it is the right material for 3D printing platform, it keeps high flatness and strength after longtime heating. 

Heat Panel

The heat panel is encapsulated in a high-temperature resistant rubber, and fitted with the platform with zero clearance.So it is a uniform heating panel with few heat loss, you can control the temperature of the printing platform more precisely. 

Filament Feeding Device

The design is a unique 3D filament feeding device, which is made with a gear motor and a metal gear fixture.All the high precision reduction gears are encapsulated inside the gear motor, there is almost no error when filament feeding and withdrawing.We also update the fixture, now you can load the filament much more easily.

X/Y Axis Guide Rails and Sliders

High precision transmission system is always important for high resolution 3D printing. The X/Y axis guide rails for Fullscale XT are made of high hardness steel, which ensure high precision after long term 3D printing. Meanwhile, it is more thick than guide rails in other 3D printers.

Constant Temperature 3D Printing Space

The printer is closed by three pieces of PMMA glass, so the temperature inside the 3D printer is very stable.
